Our olive oil has a green-golden colour, fruity smell and a slightly bitter flavour that decreases as the olive oil ages. Our olive oil is high in polyphenols (anti-oxidants) and other flavour components. The chlorophyll content is high so the oils are often quite green. The use of pesticides or fertilizer is limited or none depending on the weather of the season. This product has a long shelf life of two or more years.

Our olives are hand-picked and selected from the harvest to ensure the finest quality. Harvest starts in November. The oil extraction process takes place immediately after harvest.
