Our Kalamon olives have a dark-purple colour are large in size, unpitted with a fleshy pulp.
Kalamon black olives are packaged in our family’s traditional recipe of oil, red vinegar, salt and spring water and they free of any preservatives. As the olives marinate, the liquid takes on a fantastically rich and delicious flavour. Our olives are high in polyphenols, they are rich in antioxidants and healthy fats and yield many health benefits. They are a good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, calcium, fibre and they are high in polyphenols (anti-oxidants).
Our Kalamata olives are hand-picked in order to avoid bruising, selected according to their size and their quality, slit and cured. Our olives should be stored in a cool dry spot and can have a life span of two years. They should always be covered in olive oil on the top of the jar.
Greek olives pair nicely with cheese, baked in bread, toppings on a variety of dishes or as an addition to a cheese board.
